Our Roots

PR Craft Chocolates was established in the winter of 2014 in historic Portland, Maine. Founder/Chocolatier Peter Robbins is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a veteran chef of critically acclaimed restaurants in New York, Brooklyn, Florida, Bar Harbor and Portland, Maine.

 

Our chocolates

We carefully craft every aspect of our chocolate creations. Attention to detail is our primary focus. We hand temper our chocolate. Hand dip each soft caramel. Hand paint our chocolate bonbons. Design and assemble flavor and ingredients cards. Attention to the smallest of details helps to elevate our finished products. We use chocolates made from single origin, fairly traded cacao, and flavorings and infusions are sourced locally and organically whenever possible.
